#KSqChallenge FAQs
A Kendall-Wide, Adventure-Filled Afternoon of Friendly Competition Benefiting Local Nonprofits

Register your team today!

Teams may have up to 10 members. Only thirty teams will be able to register.

Do you have to belong to the Kendall Square Association to take part in the Challenge?

Yes. If you're not already a KSA member, join today.

How many people per team?

Each team can have up to 10 members.

If you have last-minute changes on the day of the event, please make sure to notify an event coordinator at the opening ceremony at Alexandria.

How do I register?

Please designate a team captain to register your entire team. (If the team's composition changes, simply let Alicia know, at mosesso@kendallsq.org.)

Captains, click here to register your team!

By when must I register my team?

Please register your team by Friday, May 4th at 9am.

Please also note that the Challenge has a 30-team limit, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure your team has a spot.

I can't participate as part of a team, but can I volunteer?

Yes! Volunteering is going to be a ton of fun - you help out during the two hours of competition, then celebrate with us with BBQ at Champions in the Marriott Plaza. We need about 80 volunteers for this event.

Please contact Alicia at mosesso@kendallsq.org if you're interested in helping out!

Can I register as an individual?

It's more fun to participate as a team! If you'd like to register as an individual or small team, please contact Alicia at mosesso@kendallsq.org, who can help you connect with a team in need of a few more members.

What should I wear?

Please wear sneakers and athletic wear. More importantly, teams should create branded t-shirts for the event, to show off your company's competitive spirit and the nonprofit you are championing.

How do I get there?

Public Transportation: Red line, Kendall Station.

Parking: The Technology Square Garage at 595 Technology Square is closest to the Opening Ceremony, held at 1:30pm on Alexandria's lawn. The post-Challenge BBQ and awards ceremony will be at Champions, for which the nearest garage is the Kendall Center Green Garage at 90 Broadway.

What if it rains?

There is a rain date scheduled for Wed, May 23rd. Event organizers will contact all teams if weather postpones the event.
