2024 KENDALL SQUARE CHALLENGE

Imagine conquering Kendall Square with just a map, your wits, and your team of colleagues–daring innovators all. On June 12th, the 2024 Kendall Square Challenge transformed the entire district into a life-sized board game, with 500+ people in 55 teams racing around Kendall, competing to win the Kendall Cup, and collaborating to raise $50,000 for five local non-profits. KENDALL TOURS

Join us for a guided tour of Kendall Square’s public spaces, businesses and history of innovation and transformation. We’ll end the tour at a local Kendall restaurant for a quick lunch. Happening from 12:00 -1:00 PM.

New for this year, we will screen short video clips produced by our members to offer a glimpse into the remarkable work of the remarkable people here in Kendall Square. We are calling this effort Kendall Clips.

To that end, we are looking for video clips of 3 minutes or less that tell part of the story of this community. Take a look at our info sheet for details. If your organization has a Kendall Clip for us, please upload it using this form by Friday, August 23rd, or reach out to Lina Lahlou at lina@kendallsquare.org with any questions.

Additionally, we will present the KSA Founders’ Award during the Annual Meeting Celebration program. It will honor those among us who have demonstrated their commitment to bringing people and/or organizations together to do hard things that will benefit humanity into the future, to solve challenges and make life better for all of us.

This is an opportunity to recognize individuals and/or organizations who exemplify the spirit of collaborative innovation that brought our founders together sixteen years ago. It’s also a way to inspire others, because what gets rewarded gets repeated. Learn more about the Founders’ Award here.
